Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls to health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information and update the client records in the system. The CSR will also verify other health insurance by web verification.
Summary of responsibilities:
Verify and update medical health insurance from carrier websites.
Maintain quality of 98 percent or better.
Make outbound calls when necessary.
You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
Job requirement: This is an onsite position at our San Antonio, TX office.
