Customer Service Associate

San Antonio, TX (Location is Non-Negotiable)

The
Customer Service Associate
provides assistance to the client in establishing the necessary backend framework for their employees to accurately track and record their time.  The role offers support in budgeting, scheduling, and generating reports related to this framework.

Job Description

Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis in various systems and tracking tools
Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess, and resolve issues/problems
Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks problems outside the scope of the work
Responsible for processing master data and contract management requests to ensure that the KPI’s related to these activities are achieved
Interacts largely with own workgroup
Collaborate with internal clients to deliver aspects of operations, typically assigned to multiple client accounts
Job Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Hybrid role to include working onsite in office 50% of the time with a fixed schedule
