Guidewire Data Conversion Lead

The Work:

Data Modeling:
Design and implement data models within Guidewire DataHub, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across different systems. 
Data Mapping: Create data mappings between source systems and the DataHub to facilitate data extraction and transformation. 
Data Transformation: Develop data transformation logic using DataHub tools to cleanse, enrich, and format data according to business requirements. 
ETL Development: Design and build Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to move data between different systems and the DataHub. 
Integration with Guidewire Applications: Integrate data from various Guidewire modules like ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter into the DataHub. 
Data Quality Management: Implement data quality checks and validation rules to ensure data integrity. 
Data Governance: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance policies and standards within the DataHub environment. 
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data loading and processing performance within the DataHub. 
Collaborating with business users to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
Developing and maintaining data integration solutions within the Guidewire DataHub environment. 
Troubleshooting data quality issues and resolving data discrepancies. 
Performing data validation and testing to ensure accuracy of data transformations. 
Documenting data integration processes and maintaining technical documentation.
Business Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
