Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Scrum is required. Banking, Financial Services proficiency level of expertise is recommended. Agile Project Management proficiency at an advanced level, Extract Transform & Load (ETL) Patterns & Techniques proficiency at an advanced level, and Batch Architectures proficiency at an advanced level are suggested.
