The Network Engineer will design, implement, optimize, and maintain robust and secure network infrastructure for enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in managing extensive network systems with a focus on Cisco routers, switches, wireless, PA firewalls, and advanced data networking solutions. The candidate will also play a strategic role in cloud connectivity, hybrid solutions, and SD-WAN deployments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance across global network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, building, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers in maintaining software applications using PySpark and SQL. Your typical day will involve managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, overseeing the design and implementation of software solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications.
Expected to lead a team and provide guidance and mentorship.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Oversee the design and development of software applications using PySpark and SQL.
Ensure the quality and performance of the applications through testing and debugging.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Assist in the documentation of software designs, requirements, and specifications.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in requirement gathering, data engineering skills, and experience in team leadership.
Experience with Databricks, Pyspark
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
Knowledge of distributed computing principles and architectures.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
