Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems

Expert proficiency in Payer Portals is required. Expert level of proficiency in Java Standard Edition is recommended.
Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of Payer Portals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders
Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements
