Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product, being the voice of the customer, and following a human-centered design approach.
You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants.
Additionally, you will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems.
Advanced proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is required.
Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL (Programming Language) is recommended.
Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Jira Zephyr, Agile Product Ownership, and Business Requirements Gathering skills are suggested, all with an advanced proficiency.
Lead the product vision and strategy discussions with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features.
Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
Continuously improve product development processes and practices.
