Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: .Performing operational analyses and assessments, Identifying potential Environmental Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) hazardous conditions, Developing National Environmental Policy Act documentation; and Validating policy and process compliance. You will conduct programmatic Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health evaluations and maintain updated evaluations throughout the life-cycle of a program.
You will coordinate the effort of technical experts who are available to assist with the technical/safety aspects of the project and help address technical/safety issues.
You will initiate actions and recommendations for the development and improvement of environmental protection, pollution prevention, and hazardous material/processes, using analytical and evaluative concepts, methods, and techniques.
You will develop Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health statement of work tasks and data requirements for inclusion in system acquisition documents.
You will represent the program(s) on boards and committees, making recommendations concerning Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health, and defending the program(s)' position when required.
You will prepare Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health program documentation, manage, monitor, and coordinate the execution of the System Safety Program.
