Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR at TRAWING FIVE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing administrative support activities to identify issues and develop recommendations for increased effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in support of an aviation training command. You will serve as a single point of contact to the Commanding Officer/Executive Officer for actions and information on matters relating to the supervision, management, workload requirements, and performance of all assigned civilian employees.
You will perform a full scope and range of functions to ensure the needs of the operational command and departments where work is performed based on difficulty of assignments and the capabilities of employees.
You will plan, direct, and coordinate all aviation customer service support programs to ensure mission success.
You will perform a wide variety of advisement and assistance regarding aviation administrative and operational management support activities to include overall direction and coordination of necessary administrative functions.
You will serve as senior Advisor on Military Pay and Personnel Actions.
You will serve as a Defense Travel System Authorizing Official (AO) and Certifying Officer (CO).
You will manage an annual travel budget.
You will serve as Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC).
You will serve as Personnel Security Assistant, identifying security issues, reporting actions required, and maintaining current command requirements per governing instructions.
