THE WORK

Work on the Software License Acquisition team to coordinate the purchasing and renewals of software licenses.
Prepare necessary internal documents including purchase requests and business cases to support these purchases.
Contact business users to discuss the necessity of these licenses and determine the quantities needed moving forward.
Work with vendors to obtain quotes based on these needs.
Recommend co-terming purchases where possible.
Enter the completed purchases both in Ariba and Service Now SAMPro.
