Job Description:
As a workflow analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting workflows at new community connect sites within the client's Georgia footprint. You will be expected to be an SME and collaborate with the client build team including the following responsibilities:
Document and translate current/future workflows for client build team
Support technical dress rehearsals
Assist in onsite user support
Participate in cutover process
This role is an onsite client facing role that will require travel through the state of Georgia.
