Job Description:

You will serve as a FINANCIALMANAGEMENT ANALYST of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Researching and analyzing concepts, principles, practices, laws and regulations for financial management systems; 2) Preparing for audits and financial inspections; providing recommendations on program requirements, analysis and guidance for financial and property projects; 3) Preparing the usage of various property document types; 4) Developing, determining, and/or interpreting budgetary policies and practices; 5) Demonstrating experience using proper written and oral communication and strong technical skills to conduct financial software applications. You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
You will manage and evaluate command financial records using the Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS) or similar system.
You will analyze data for various financial reports (e.g., budget formulation, budget execution, accounting, audit readiness).
You will review accounting and financial reports to identify and correct discrepancies.
You will manage and evaluate command financial records using the Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or similar system.
You will be responsible for the accountability and financial reporting of CNIC Asset Universe.
You will manage inventory plans, analyze and provide property support to Regional, and Installation Base Accountable Property Officers (APOs) worldwide.
You will review, coordinate and analyze financial and property guidance issues with higher-level organization managers (e.g. OPNAV, FMB, Program Directors) and Regional APOs to resolve them.
You will utilize multiple reporting systems (DPAS, DON TRACKER, EDA, ERP) to create, pull reports and extract data as required.
You will prepare briefings and supporting documentation for Senior Leadership.
