We are seeking for a new talent to join the Application Development and managed services team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the DataOps project for a company that specializes in Healthcare Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Development Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies
Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Master proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is required
Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, Agile Application Development, Agile Release Planning, Collibra Data Governance, and Cross-Functional Team Leadership are recommended
Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum Project Management practices within the team
Provide development support throughout the Project tenure, that includes working PST hours
Hands on IBM Netezza and ETL concepts
Identify and remove barriers to successful implementation
Report progress via appropriate metrics
Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IBM Netezza, Denodo, Collibra is a plus
