Job Description:

You will serve as a Supervisory Security Specialist in the Operations and Plans Division of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Working with various personnel to identify resource requirements, developing and evaluating force protection plans, providing oversight for active and passive security measures, coordinating risk assessments, participating in the planning of emergency exercises and training, and performing various supervisory duties. You will develop, coordinate, and staff directives to incorporate higher headquarters directives and policy on all matters pertaining to the mission assurance program.
You will develop and/or review the force protection annex/appendix of exercise/contingency plans.
You will coordinate threat, criticality, vulnerability, and risk assessments and command inspections.
You will review daily intelligence summaries, indications, warnings, spot reports, and various other sources of information.
You will manage and evaluate various force protection programs, which include security awareness training, installation/facility security, personal protective measures, and personnel protective equipment.
You will provide oversight for the development and implementation of a regional critical infrastructure protection program.
