Key Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management and Test Lead, you will be responsible for managing overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables.
Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is recommended. Estimation and Planning, Program Project Management, Risk Management, and API Testing at an advanced proficiency level are suggested.
Develop and implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Analyze and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
Continuously improve project management processes to drive innovation
