Summary: The Finance Business Product Solution Lead/Director will support MUFG Americas Businesses and Functions in identifying, planning and solving complex problems to negate or mitigate risk across the enterprise. For example, defining and implementing standard business and product hierarchies to leverage across key business and function processes such as risk and reg reporting, revenue business analysis and growth opportunities, etc. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with Bank C-level leadership on organizational priorities and longer-term strategic objectives Define and execute roadmaps for enhancing data and analytics, potentially including new technology implementations Develop effective relationship with Business stakeholders and managers to deliver on desired business objectives Partner with executive management to develop new analytical solutions to provide business insights and drive efficiency Motivate team members to deliver outstanding results and manage day to day activities Effectively manage change, developing and implementing sustainable solutions Deliver insightful reporting and analytics including executive presentations to C-level leadership and the regulators Qualifications: Bachelors degree required Masters of Business Admin preferred Proven track record of operating in a matrix organization and addressing complex problems 12+ years of Finance/Banking/Wholesale business experience 8+ years of data, analytics and/or reporting experience 5+ years manger experience Excellent presentation and written communication skills including to C level management and regulators Understanding of banking products, financial statements, performance measurement, risk management, data risk management, controls and data governance The typical base pay range for this role is between $173K - $216K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
