Job Description:

As a Service Delivery Operations Lead, you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments, driving people management activities for the delivery team, and managing service delivery quality and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management is required. Expert level of proficiency in Trading and Investment Management is recommended.
Quality Management with Advanced proficiency, Service Delivery with Advanced proficiency, and SLA Management with Advanced proficiency are suggested skills.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery quality and cost
Lead and mentor the delivery team to ensure efficient operations
Analyze and improve processes to enhance overall service delivery performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Point of contact for issue escalation and resolution
Perform core business process transactions according to defined methods, procedures, and standard delivery solutions
Manage risks and security requirements associated with business process
Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures
