Job Description
You will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Provide solutions to work related problems.
Manage in agile environment leading to solutions with little supervision  
Participate in performance test requirements and make sure others are on task (ScrumMaster/Product Manager/Owner)
Manage a team of PT Testers
Prior Performance Execution experience
Lead Performance defect triage meetings and orient towards solution
Mobilize others in team and out, for root cause analysis of issues and performance bottlenecks
Performance Test plan/test strategy, results Review and Guidance
Very proficient knowledge of specific Technology in LOB space
