Job Description:

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Radiological Controls Department, Code 105 of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates their ability to: 1) use quantitative and qualitative techniques to evaluate and improve Digital and Information Technology (IT) processes for the department; 2) provide technical problem solving skills to departmental initiatives through knowledge of IT systems; 3) serve as a subject matter expert within the Radiological Special Projects Division. You will be responsible for overall planning, coordinating and long-range planning and assessment of computer hardware, software and data releases.
You will use both qualitative and quantitative techniques to manage and as necessary analyze program issues as the Department Information Technology (IT) Coordinator.
You will be responsible to coordinate with resources from other departments to ensure all aspects of planned software and data releases are fully understood, tested, trained for when required.
You will determine facts and provide alternative resolutions to alleviate issues or concerns with respect to software and data release implementation.
You will independently plan and carry out the work; interprets guidelines, policies, and regulations; resolves technical and administrative problems along with recommending corrective actions to senior leadership via division/department management.
You will develop and maintain project planning metrics.
