Job Description:

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (SAR WF) in the Marine Corps located in Washington, DC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: advising management on matters related to Equal Opportunity, providing subject matter advice and guidance on all matters related to employee surveys and prohibited practices and conduct; and referring complaints of equal opportunity and prohibited activities and conduct to available support services. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Prohibited Activities and Conduct (PAC) policy providing advice, guidance, and interpretation.
You will provide advice to supported commanders and military personnel on the use of the MEO complaint process to report, resolve, and dispose of complaints alleging prohibited activities and conduct.
You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/alternative dispute resolution.
You will provide analysis of command-specific data which will enable commanders to monitor command climate within their organization, as requested. Identify trends and areas of concern and recommend methods for improving the command climate.
You will provide briefings or training on command climate issues and prohibited activities and conduct for supported commands.
You will serve as Defense Equal Opportunity Climate Survey (DEOCS) administrator for supported commands.
You will maintain case management responsibility throughout the lifecycle of a PAC complaint.
You will provide referral services for official complaint processing and outreach services for individuals that experience harassment and/or discrimination, as required or requested.
You will develop and maintain effective relationships to promote awareness of Equal Opportunity programs, command policies, goals and objectives.
