This position is for Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum, New York. FMWR includes Child and Youth Services, Business Recreation, and Support Services, which enable Soldier readiness, support the resiliency and well-being of Soldiers and Families. Qualified candidates will possess the following: performed work that demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties: securing the facility, AND issuing equipment to customers, AND collecting fees (ex: registration for trip, payment of rented equipment, etc.), AND monitoring inventory (ex: Supplies, equipment, etc.)., AND possess and have the ability to maintain a valid driver's license (MUST BE UPLOADED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION). Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area.
Prepares work order for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help.
Polices interior and exterior areas of building and grounds and performs general housekeeping to make facilities/playing fields/pools/outdoor courts ready for use.
Prepares requirement lists for appropriated and nonappropriated supplies and equipment due to demand or need for replacement items.
