Opportunity
Join our innovative team of well-being gurus and help our
guests find a balanced, community-based approach to health. 
Specific responsibilities include:
Supervise
Facility Attendants – this includes performance feedback, goal setting,
training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate
communication.
Assist
in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and
documentation.
Ensure
all Facility Attendants are meeting or exceeding the standards and
expectations of their assigned roles.
Participate
in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities.
Serves
in the capacity of Manager on Duty when scheduled.
Help
manage scheduling of team and forecasting of schedules.
Be
familiar with all cleaning procedures and products to ensure proper use of
chemicals by team.
This is a full time opportunity. Shifts will be between 5am
to 10pm, weekdays and weekends.
