A business focused technology leader with a deep understanding of the heavy equipment distribution industry, using that experience and skills to shepherd clients
and their dealers
on their ERP transformation journeys. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring technology solutions. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
 

The Work:

Lead teams focused on maintaining and extending the legacy heavy equipment Dealer Business System until dealers are ready to pivot to Microsoft Dynamics 365
Provide leadership oversight and strategic guidance related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technology solutions that transform clients’ finance, sales, service, and rental operations.
Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Microsoft Dynamics offerings
Analyze technical and functional integration requirements, providing business insight based on experience in the heavy equipment distribution industry
Develop and maintain relationships with heavy equipment dealers, focusing on CFO and CIO levels and helping them chart and deliver their ERP transformation journeys
Where needed, lead transformation project work streams and delivery teams
 
Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
