Key Responsibilities:

Grooming Sessions: Actively participate in all grooming sessions to gain a thorough understanding of requirements from Product Owners (POs).
Technical Grooming: Participate in technical grooming sessions to present initial designs related to user stories, discuss dependencies, and assess complexity.
Story Estimation: Perform estimates for each story and create require development tasks
Design Alignment: Work with Accenture dev lead & Lucid tech lead on design and key dependencies to ensure alignment.
Offshore Collaboration: Work closely with offshore team members to ensure the solution is understood and best practices are followed.
Proof of Concept (POC): Develop POCs for spike stories to validate proposed solutions for complex issues or new approaches.
Production Support: Assist in resolving production issues and identifying root causes.
Design Discussions: Participate in design discussions to ensure solutions are scalable for future needs.
