You are:
An experienced Business Analyst
The Work:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate, and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Conduct in-depth requirements analysis and design processes and systems
Assess the current state and identify customer requirements
Define the future state and/or business solutions
Research, gather, and synthesize information
Provide innovative solutions to problems.
This role will require 2-3 days per week at the local office. The preferred hiring locations for this role are Chesterbrook, PA or Tampa, FL but may consider qualified applicants in Nashville, TN.
