You are:
An experienced an experienced Business Analyst
The Work:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate, and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Requirements Analysis expertise at an expert level is required. Clinical Data Management expertise at an expert level, along with Data Engineering expertise at an expert level, Pharma R&D Clinical Systems expertise at a master level, and GxP Compliance expertise at an expert level are recommended.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth requirements analysis to understand the organization's needs
Design and document business processes and systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesize information
Identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solutions
Contribute to the development of innovative strategies and solutions
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in the office. The primary hiring locations are Chesterbrook, PA or Tampa, FL. May consider qualified applicants in Nashville, TN.
