xperienced Product owner and Business analyst with over 7 years of experience working in strategic data-driven initiatives, high profile projects, and cross-functional collaboration for technology organizations. Hands-on and focused; actively led, created, and launched best-in-class product offerings in partnership with engineering, user experience, and support. Proven success as a product owner, figuring out client needs to deliver client-driven solutions, not just products.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter is required.
Advanced level of proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) is recommended.
Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Agile Scrum Development at an advanced proficiency level are suggested.
Develop innovative strategies for business process analysis and design.
Lead cross-functional teams in agile scrum development projects.
Utilize Informatica PowerCenter to optimize data integration processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for business solutions.
Implement IT Service Management best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
