You Are:
A SAM Delivery Lead. They have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of SAM projects on time and within budget.
1. Responsible for the delivery of ITAM services to the client.
2. Point of Contact for service-related escalations and issues.
3. Act as an interface between client and Delivery Team.
4. Understand data requirements from the team and coordinate sourcing of this data from the client.
5. Follow-up with client on any pending requests for data.
6. Where equired, liaise with different teams to gather / provide data
7. Share reports (compliance, reconciliation, spend analysis, optimization, etc.) with client stakeholders.
8. Advise client on remediation, cost optimization, and cmdb update actions.
9. Follow-up on advice.
10. Monitor and trak data and tooling issues, manage escalations to vendors.
