Opportunity
Manage
the reception and front of house services for Riverbend along with room
operations. 
The Club Front Desk Manager will manage all aspects of the front of house, with
the Head Butlers and Night Auditors reporting directly to the position.
Specific
Responsibilities
Club
Operations 
Oversee and direct
inspection procedures to ensure continuous high levels of cleanliness and
detail are being maintained. 
Personally monitor
and inspect public areas, guest rooms, spa and restaurants for cleanliness
on a random basis each day and regularly scheduled inspections with all
internal guests. 
Forecasting and
planning for P&L and go over monthly financials with General Manager-
Riverbend. 
Assist with the
managing of the spa operations in coordination with the Kohler Water
Spa. 
Work with
housekeeping and maintenance to organize and schedule yearly room/spa
preventive maintenance programs. 
Work with Sales
Manager, Membership Services Coordinator, Dining Room Manager and General
Manager-Riverbend to organize and coordinate all conferences, meetings and
special events. 
Perform
Manager-on-Duty functions. 
Guest
Services 
Establish and
maintain reservation procedures for accommodation, dining, golf tees
times, spa services and use of other Kohler Company entities. 
Supervise
telephone and email responses to Members and their guests. 
Handle all guest
complaints and concerns with poise and professionalism to full resolution
and guest satisfaction; while mentoring teams to levels of empowerment
that solve guest issues immediately. 
Understand and
become an expert on the property management system as it relates to guests
bills and packages. 
Staff
Supervision 
Supervise the Head
Butler in establishing adequate personnel coverage to maintain the agreed
standards of service in the public areas. 
Supervise the
Night Auditor to ensure the safety and comfort of members and guests
during the night. 
Provide adequate,
concise and consistent training in all areas, i.e., selling activities,
communications, procedures, information, polish and awareness. 
Develop staff
according to abilities and interests, for promotional consideration and
assumption of additional responsibilities. 
Ensure payroll
expense conform to departmental budgets, and schedules are properly
aligned with levels of club activities and labor standards. 
Research and
prepare financial budget plan goals with General Manager - Riverbend.
Interview and make
hiring decisions.
