Health Operations Associate – Quality Auditor
Location:  Knoxville, TN
 
The
Health Operations Associate - Quality Auditor
will perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues. The Quality Auditor is viewed as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) and can troubleshoot and advise processing guidelines as needed following client processes. The Quality Auditor/SME will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP’s) dictated by the client.

Hybrid: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely and onsite in an Accenture Office or center
