Competitive Compensation: Starting at $31.25-$34.75 per hour for Maintenance II in our plant, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.
Shift Needed: Weekends 2nd, 5pm-5am - Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We are looking for a Maintenance II Technician for our Faucets Department. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.  
 
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities  
Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties.  
Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. 
Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machine. 
 Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts. 
Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. 
Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. 
Basic repair and maintenance of physical structure of establishment. 
Sets up and operates basic machine tools. 
Operates cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. 
Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures. 
Must be able to read and interpret simple hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, structural blueprints. 
Utilize SAP system for work order. 
Monitor the efficiency of boiler system.

Key Qualifications  
Experience operating a forklift required or ability to obtain upon hire. 
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.  
Must be at least 18 years old. 
 
Preferred Qualifications  
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in electronic/electrical roles, or equivalent combination of education and on-the-job training. 
Skills: 
Strong judgment skills to follow standard instructions and procedures. 
Ability to make minor decisions to meet quality and productivity goals. 
Certifications/Training: 
Forklift Operation 
Fall Protection 
Emergency Procedures 
Hazard Communication (Haz Comm) 
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 
Injury and Illness Reporting 
Confined Space Entry 
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Authorization
