The work:

 
Lead and oversee testing activities within AMS/IMS projects, ensuring quality standards are met across all deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure testing frameworks and strategies to meet business process and application requirements.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in testing methodologies, tools, and processes, providing guidance and support to the team.
Manage and mentor the testing team, fostering collaboration and driving team decisions to achieve project goals.
Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key decisions and ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
Provide solutions to testing challenges for the immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
Demonstrate expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management as it pertains to testing and quality assurance.
Recommend and implement best practices for Design & Build Enablement in testing processes.
Utilize expert-level skills in Build Management and SAP SCM APO Demand Planning to support testing activities.
Develop and implement efficient testing and quality assurance processes, including configuration and release management.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Ensure smooth application deployment by collaborating with development and operations teams.
Provide guidance and support on best practices for testing, configuration management, and quality assurance.
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in your local office. Primary hiring location is Scottsdale, AZ. May consider qualified applicants in Nashville, TN or Houston, TX.
