Standard Qualifications: Candidates must possess: Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. Skill in providing customer service. Ability to communicate effectively. Resume must reflect the qualifications stated in the announcement to receive credit for any experience.
Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages.
Provide customers with information on the Auto Service Center’s services available, pricing, and policies.
Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations.
Completes Daily Activity Report. May monitor inventories. Manages bay schedules, keeps facility clean, and reports any maintenance issues to the manager.
Performs other duties as assigned.
