Provides executive leadership and supervision to the entire Food and Beverage department within the Garrison.
Evaluates the success of Food and Beverage programs based on financial results, customer satisfaction, and market desires.
Reviews financial reports, Food and Beverage costs, develops and maintains annual operating budgets.
Performs a full range of supervisor duties including developing, evaluating, and obtaining approval for staffing levels.
This position requires active participation in the daily operations and direct involvement in all aspects of the service execution.
Exercises responsibility for the direction and oversight of a complex array of food and beverage outlets, extensive catering operations, and military personnel dining services, etc.
