Responsibilities include managing an extensive caseload with cases at varying stages of litigation; preparing pleadings, briefs, and motions; representing clients in trial, hearings and at other related proceedings; reviewing various documents; developing litigation strategies; meeting with clients, experts, witnesses, family members, and others.
