Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager/ Agile Coach you will help organizations in adopting and improving Agile practices, acting as a mentor, facilitator, and change agent. They help teams and individuals embrace collaborative and iterative approaches, focusing on continuous improvement and value delivery. The Project Manager/ Agile Coach work with individuals, teams, and leadership to implement Agile principles, train on Agile frameworks, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile adoption and transformation:
Help organizations design and implement their Agile plans, drawing on experience with Agile.
Provide training and coaching:
Offer training in specific Agile frameworks or adaptable practices, and provide coaching for executives, managers, Scrum Masters, and team leads.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration:
Encourage a mindset of ongoing improvement and collaboration among teams.
Develop a roadmap for maintaining agility:
Work with leadership to create a roadmap for sustaining agility as the organization evolves.
Identify and address impediments:
Help teams identify and remove impediments that hinder their progress.
Mentor and empower teams:
Support teams in maximizing value delivery to the customer, encouraging self-organization, and empowering them to make decisions.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration:
Help teams communicate effectively and collaborate across disciplines.
Resolve conflicts and facilitate constructive dialogue:
Help individuals and teams resolve conflicts and find common ground.
Support change management:
Help individuals, teams, and groups navigate change, working with leadership and governance teams.
*This role will be onsite in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week*
