Specific
Responsibilities
Providing guests
with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
Assisting guests
with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
Valet parking
vehicles
Driving the guest
shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
Identification of
guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient
procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room
Maintaining a
working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as
well as daily activities and area attractions
Identifying guest

Miscellaneous
deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
Maintaining a
clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets
We
have part time opportunities available at The American Club. Shifts will vary
between 5:30am and 11:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
