You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN in the Spectrum Warfare Department (WX), Platform Protection & CM Technologies Division (WXR), Platform Int & Dispensing Systems Branch (WXRT), Model Shop Prototyping Section (WXRTL) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-4 (GS-11/12 grade equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical and administrative oversight in the research and development of warfare technologies to identify shortcomings and recommend solutions for the support and success of a weapons program. You will serve as the section manager of the Model Shop Prototyping Section (WXRTL) within the Platform Protection and Countermeasures Technologies Division of the Spectrum Warfare Department.
You will provide technical leadership and supervisory oversight to employees within the organization.
You will be responsible for the planning of human resources, facilities, and funding requirements to complete the workload.

You will design and implement programs that support the Department's mission requirements and formulate goals, plans and methods of evaluation.
