As a Fitness Instructor for Sports Core, you will be
responsible for:
Promoting
and performing lifestyle programs, assessments and personal training
services according to Sports Core standards.
Performing
fitness services with minimal direction. Includes body fat testing
(calipers and Microfit), girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step
test, sit/reach flexibility testing and strength testing.
Promoting,
designing and performing long-term personal training programs according to
the needs and goals of healthy, average adults.
Effectively
demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment in all
fitness and training areas according to quality standards.
Maintaining
accurate member and personal client records according to standard
operating procedures.
Assisting
with set-up, cleaning and preventative maintenance for all fitness related
equipment (weight benches, racks and equipment, sectorized, Spinning bikes
and any pool needs).
This is a Part Time position, working primarily between
5:00am and 10:00pm weekdays and weekends.
