Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Data Visualization is required. Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects Lumira Designer, and DevOps is suggested.
 
Develop innovative data visualization techniques to present complex data in a user-friendly manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret data for actionable insights
Utilize Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects Lumira Designer to create interactive dashboards and reports
 
Implement DevOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment of data solutions
*This role will be onsite in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week*
