Assumptions will not be made regarding your experience and the duties performed.** Minimum Qualifications: Work experience performing related duties and knowledge of practices and procedures related to facilities maintenance and/or repair; material required and costs associated with a successful maintenance program. Highly Preferred Criteria: At least two (2) years of experience with general facility maintenance. At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory position. Experience performing repairs to facilities and equipment.
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and condition of the MWR/Lodging facilities. Directs and supervises a small to medium size staff of employees in all phases of building/grounds maintenance.
Screens work orders to determine whether or not work will be accomplished by assigned workforce or other activities.
Inspects work during and upon completion. Maintains and reports status of work to management.
Participates infeasibility studies for minor and or major construction. Develops preventive maintenance programs.
Participates in budgeting for a maintenance program.
