A Maintenance Helper functions as a member of the Inhouse Construction Team which works as an activation team as well as perform construction efforts for the facility. The incumbent performs required duties during the work shifts established for the team. The primary duties of this position include a wide range of construction, moving equipment, and cleaning using a variety of tools and equipment.

Major Duties: Will work with trades such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC, painting and assist with construction efforts with guidance in the field from trades and direction given by the supervisor. Will hang signs, and move equipment as needed. Will aid as needed in keeping the construction site in a clean and safe manner. Will maintain ceiling and floor, replacing tiles as needed. Working Conditions: Typical work shifts are a standard work schedule however, overtime and off shiftwork may occur depending on the needs of the facility. Work is performed indoors and out, in all climates, in areas that may be poorly lit and/or poorly ventilated as well as work in different types of construction environments.
