Job Description:

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the IN-SERVICE SUPPORT CENTER of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Perform maintenance planning and design interface concepts, requirements, and processes that apply to aircraft and aviation systems. 2) Apply logistic management policies in the acquisition, design, overhaul, maintenance, modification, and repair of aircraft weapon systems. leadership skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with senior Government and industry executives, as well as other logisticians, engineers and program managers. 3) Ability to identify ILS program planning and execution issues, and then develop, recommend, and implement corrective action plans. 4) Experience leading and coordinating the logistics program efforts of all ILS personnel including setting team member work objectives, delegating work, directing priorities, giving technical advice on assignments, and reviewing/validating team member work products. You will write updates or changes for process consistency in Independent Logistic Assessment (ILA) or similar logistic supportability planning.
You will explain program technical matters on enterprise product life-cycle management support.
You will analyze Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation processes to improve logistics processes and minimize costs and damage to aviation retrograde.
You will coordinate technical and product data for the functions of sustainment.
