A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading conversion teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and supporting the Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The work:
Senior Designer for end-to-end conversion projects for Oracle CCS, C2M, and MDM, ensuring seamless migration into Oracle cloud platforms.
Help gather and analyze requirements to transform to data mappings and conversion development artifacts.
Understand the data model and core functions that Oracle CCS and C2M.
Manage tasks, set priorities and coordinate with different teams.
Serve as a technical expert, and mentor for on and offshore teams navigating complex migration challenges.
Work closely with the Technical Designers to ensure the technical solutions align with the solution approach.
Perform design, data mapping, development, test, mock planning, dress rehearsal execution and cutover support.
Familiar with large data loads using Informatica, FBDI, Rest API, Oracle OIC, ODI and data profiling tools.
Analyze current system architectures and design conversion strategies to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure high data integrity and performance.
Keep growing your skills to keep up with the latest technology developments. 
Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on the phase of the project, business need and client requirements.
