This position is located at: Fort Campbell, KY Warrior Zone. This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans at this time. Qualification Requirements are: Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment. Skill in providing customer service. Ability to communicate effectively. Highly Qualified candidates will have the following: Experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Experience using software programs like Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, Management Information Systems, or gaming software. Possess outstanding customer service skills. **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages.
Coordinate with DPW for facility upkeep/corrective actions. Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations.
Assists in setting up parties according to party plan. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag. Perform as the Unit Safety Officer. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility.
Completes Daily Activity Reports. May monitor inventories and invoices, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food track or similar software.
Performs other duties as assigned.
