You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work
Lead Oracle TRCS engagements from strategy through execution, including current-state assessments, benchmarking, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Drive tax process transformation across multiple jurisdictions, addressing regulatory compliance (e.g., U.S. GAAP, IFRS) and evolving global frameworks such as GILTI, Pillar Two, and BEPS.
Architect and implement end-to-end tax and finance processes, integrating Oracle TRCS with ERP and EPM systems, leveraging best practices in tax provision, automation, and reporting.
Provide strategic tax technology advisory, aligning tax function goals with digital finance strategies to optimize data flow, transparency, and audit readiness.
Engage with senior client stakeholders, including CFOs, Tax Directors, and IT leaders, to define solution roadmaps and deliver impactful business outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams across finance, tax, and technology, managing multiple workstreams through the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
Serve as a project leader and subject matter expert, ensuring high-quality deliverables, risk management, and budget adherence.
Support business development activities, including RFP responses, proposals, client workshops, and internal capability building.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
