Job Description:

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DIVISION, ACQUISITION & READINESS ASSMT DEPT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band NT-04 (GS 11-12 grade level equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical expertise gathering metrics and managing costs to develop processes for the management of contractors and projects to ensure continuity of operations. You will be responsible for managing division budget, developing/tracking division management metrics, overseeing division support contracts, procurement of IT material, facilities planning, and other support to ensure continuity of operations.
You will monitor and document contractors' compliance with execution of the assigned contract order.
You will monitor the contractor provides all required deliverables per the contract terms and conditions.
You will monitor to ensure required Government Furnished Material/ Equipment is provided to the contractor per contract requirements.
You will monitor contract costs and schedule performance and report issues to the contracting officer (KO) if issues occur.
You will communicate and collaborate across the Division, with other members of the Department, and across the Command, as well as with outside organizations to ensure compliance and continuity with higher level policies and processes.
You will provide technical expertise for managers to develop processes to manage project proposals, manage projects, document key processes, and document success stories.
