The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details. Designing and implementing solutions on the VMWare virtualization platform, focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, cost optimization, reliability, and performance efficiency. Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on RedHat OpenShift and AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) platform. Rolling out container platform capabilities, using software engineering, security engineering, system reliability engineering, and open-source software for better application development experiences and platform operations. Partnering with security and audit teams to meet regulatory compliance requirements as well as to verify stability and security of system infrastructure. Designing and developing automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Python and Shell Script. Supporting, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to OpenShift and migrating legacy monolithic applications to OpenShift and EKS platforms. Developing custom dashboards, conducting root cause analysis using Dynatrace and Splunk to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues. Creating, deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift using Tekton and ArgoCD. Implementing and maintaining RedHat Universal base image governance process and scanning images using RedHat Advanced Cluster Security (ACS). Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to architect, design and implement solutions for daily operations and custom processes. Qualifications – External Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree). Experience: 5 years of systems engineering experience designing and implementing solutions on the VMWare virtualization platform, focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, cost optimization, reliability, and performance efficiency; designing and developing automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Python and Shell Script; designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on RedHat OpenShift and AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) platform; supporting, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to OpenShift and migrating legacy monolithic applications to OpenShift and EKS platforms; developing custom dashboards, conducting root cause analysis using Dynatrace and Splunk to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues; & 3 years of experience must include creating, deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift using Tekton and ArgoCD; and implementing and maintaining RedHat Universal base image governance process and scanning images using RedHat Advanced Cluster Security (ACS).
