Job Description:

You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Special Operations Forces EMW Branch (WXQY), Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division (WXQ), Spectrum Warfare Department (WX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13/14.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating program requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, budget and deliverables to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will define, manage, and implement all aspects of the Electromagnetic Warfare Family of Systems (EWFOS) Program to include cost, schedule, risk, opportunity, and performance.
You will develop and publish supporting programmatic documentation including Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, Acquisition Program Baselines, and Simplified Acquisition Management Plans.
You will support Program Manager-Counter Proliferation (PMCP) as a trusted expert concerning Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) requirements.
You will communicate on a daily basis with key staff and component personnel.
You will coordinate, de-conflict, and assist in the management of all aspects of EW testing executed under approved developmental and operational test activities.
You will lead development and procurement of EW capabilities, coordinating development with multiple government and military agencies, laboratories, and other partners.
You will support United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) integrated product teams, enabling synchronous development of critical modernization and next generation capabilities.
You will Serve as PMCP’s trusted Contracting Officer Representative for EW.
You will provide support to other internal efforts with Multi-Mission Electromagnetic Countermeasures, Counter Uncrewed Systems, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) requirements, including regular communications with customer representatives.
You will apply knowledge of the missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of the Department of Defense, Combatant Commands, and other entities that govern, interface with, and/or influence the systems acquisition.
