Key Responsibilities:
Support the Operations team while working cross-functionally with Engineering teams across the world
Technical troubleshooting of issues faced by the Ops Team
Support T1, T2, and other teams including members of Engineering teams from across multiple offices and countries
Helping others on the Bug Triage team; knowledge sharing
Having an awareness of the team’s queues at a high level as well as any issues or blockers affecting the team’s work (and report to TL)
Send out notifications to the wider Movie Ops and Eng teams about current open issues and workflow changes
Understand the end-to-end workflow of Tech Triage sub workflows
Creating documentation of how new tools/products/features work, as required
Setting up feedback or knowledge sharing sessions
Helping TL for IHC updates
